we, from Easy Work Stay, ensure you a most comfortable temporary stay at our accommodations.

How can I rent a furnished house / apartment

The easiest way to rent our staff houses is to contact us by filling in the contact form, or by phone or by e-mail.
Let us know:

  • the area of your temporary stay
  • how many employees would stay in our workers houses
  • how long your flexworkers would stay
  • from when you need temporary housing
  • your daily/monthly budget

Once you have sent your enquiry form, we’ll send you a proposal by e-mail.
If this proposal meets your requirements (after a visit if necessary), we can book the accommodation for you if you’re signing the rental agreement which is being sent to you by e-mail.
The booking will expire after 4 days if we did not receive any valid confirmation such as the signed agreement or the deposit equaling the amount of the first month’s rental price.

What is the minimum rental period?

Our accommodations are available for short and long term rent.
The shortest rental period is 2 weeks, depending on availability, until 1 year and more…
Exceptionally we allow shorter rental periods to fill in the gaps between 2 rental periods.

Can I extend my rent, as the project in Belgium is not finished yet?

We try to be as flexible as possible, but of course everything depends on the availability.
If there is a chance that you will need to extend your temporary stay, please tell us before the start of the rental period or as soon as you know.
Then we can take this into account and inform you when there is a request for the accommodation by anyone else.

How and when will I receive the keys of the apartment / house?
Our doors open with the help of your smartphone, so no more hassle with keys!
To do this, you must install a free app on your smartphone once.
Before the rental period starts, we will send you a code via text message or e-mail which must be entered only once in the Nuki app you installed.
From then on, you can always enter our workers house by using your smartphone.
Instructions of how to do so, you’ll receive on the moment of signing the rental contract.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

In general, the day the rent starts, you can enter the accommodation from 16h00 (4 pm) on.
In general, the last day of rent, you need to leave the accommodation before 11h00 (11 am).
As we are working with smart locks, there is no physical check-in desk, so upon arrival there are no problems to check in late if you desire to do so.
All we ask is to install the free smart lock app (from Nuki) before you arrive and to respect the silence so you don’t disturb the neighbours.

Sometimes, it might occur that we mention a different check-in or check-out time in the rental agreement.
This rental agreement has always preference upon the general times stated above.

Please respect the check-in and check-out time to allow our cleaning teams to clean the apartment or house properly in between two periods of rent.

How much do I pay to rent a furnished apartment / furnished house?

The furnished rental price depends on:
1) the length of the rent
2) the type of apartment / house required
3) the period of rent
We offer corporate housing or workers housing (in general staff housing) on short and long term (with a minimum of 2 weeks).

In general the prices for temporary housing vary between 15 € and 20 € / person / night.

Are the prices all-inclusive?

Yes – unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement – all costs for electricity, water, heating, Wifi, cleaning, use of laundry machine, dryer & dishwasher are included. You have no unexpected costs afterwards.

Does the price vary according to the number of people staying in the apartment / house?

Of course the price is based on the maximum number of people that can stay in the apartment or house.
However, the price doesn’t decrease if you place less people in the apartment or house than the maximum number.
In other words, 2 people staying in a 5-people apartment will pay exactly the same as 5 people would pay for the same apartment, same period.

Do you also rent rooms separately?

No, we rent our houses and apartments entirely to a company and not per room.
We only rent a house or apartment to groups of employees of the same company.

Why do we have to pay a deposit?

The deposit will be used to pay outstanding rental bills or to charge damages in the apartment / house throughout the rental period.
The deposit will be refunded after check-up of the apartment / house at the latest 8 days after leaving the accommodation.
In general the deposit equals one month rent, but it could be that in the rental agreement another amount is agreed on.
The rental agreement always has preference upon the general rule.

What is the cancellation policy?

If the booking is made through another platform (Airbnb, Booking.com,…) then the cancellation policy which is stated there will be applied.

If the booking is made directly through us, then – unless otherwise agreed on in the rental agreement – the following rules apply:

  • The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours after signing the rental agreement, but only if the rental agreement is signed at least 7 days before the start of the rental period.
  • If the renter cancels the booking more than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the paid rent will be completely refunded.
  • If the renter cancels the booking between 7 and 14 days before the start of the rental period, then 50% of the paid rent will be refunded.
  • If the renter cancels the booking less than 7 days before the start of the rental period stated , the paid rent will not be refunded.
  • If the renter cancels the booking during the rental period, then the paid rent for the current month will not be refunded, and the renter needs to pay a termination compensation of one month.
Which services do you offer?

We do not offer hotel services such as regularly cleaning your apartment, laundry services, meals, receptions,…in short, you rent a self-catered apartment / house.

For cleaning, all equipment and products are available so the residents can clean themselves on a regular basis.
For laundry services, there is a washing machine and a dryer in each apartment which can be used for free.
For cooking, all equipment (pans, pots, cutlery,…) is provided and there also is a dishwasher.

Do we have to bring our own linen?

No, we provide for each person a double set of bed- and bath linen, as well as kitchenlinen.
Each apartment/house also has it’s own washing machine / dryer so that you can wash this linen as well as your own clothes during the rental period.
There is no hotel service, so there is no change of linen during the rental period.
We do kindly ask you to collect all the dirty linen in the storage room upon departure.

Also for tourists?

Yes, of course.

Because our furnished apartments or furnished houses are fully equipped especially for the needs of groups of (corporate) workers / staff (single beds, excellent wifi, good connection to industrial areas, …), they get rather classified as workers homes or accommodation for workmen, but they can also suit as holiday houses or vacation homes as long as you do not expect the big luxury from swimming pool, sauna,…

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed in our accommodations.

Can I smoke in the apartment / house?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment or house! It’s only allowed on the terrace provided that the cigarettes are cleaned up.

Do I have to clean the apartment / house when I leave?

We have a special team for cleaning after your departure.
Of course, we count on the resident’s respect to leave the apartment / house in an acceptable state and according to our house rules.
