By furnishing houses ourselves and better mapping out available furnished stays, we want to make a better fit between the supply and demand for the housing needs of teams of foreign workers / labor migrants / flex workers / ….

How do we do it?

Safety

We find it very important that the people staying in our staff houses and staff apartments feel safe and feel at home.
Therefore we pay a lot of attention to the safety in our buildings.
All our houses and apartments comply with all legal rules and have a fire safety certificate and all necessary fire facilities (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, fire blanket, escape routes, maintenance certificates of central heating / gas / electricity,…).
All fire facilities are also checked several times a year.
In addition, our workers houses and apartments are also well insured, as well as the tenant’s liability.

Well equipped

Our staff houses and staff apartments are well equipped and are totally adapted to the needs of your employees.
Not only do we offer a good heating and good sanitary supplies (bath/shower with hot water), also the kitchen contains everything they need.
They have everything for:

• easy cooking (pots, pans, platters, boxes, cutlery, plates, coffee bags, glasses,….)
• easy food storage (several fridges and freezers, cupboards and shelfs,…)
• easy washing (dishwasher, kitchen sink,…)
• easy laundering (washing machine, dryer, drying rack,…)

All linen is also provided (multiple bed- and bath linen, as well as kitchen linen).
And last, but not least, unlimited and fast Wi-Fi (internet) for easy communication with home!
The only thing your employees have to think about is bringing their clothes :-).

Privacy

Every workers house or workers apartment has a nice living space and mostly also a lounge to relax.
In the sleeping rooms, they have a nicely covered bed, a closet and mostly also a small desk with a chair for their own.

Accessible

All our staff houses and staff apartments are close to (high)ways, so that you can quickly go to your workplace, which saves a lot of valuable time ánd costs.
On the other hand, they are also close enough to a city center so that a supermarket, butcher or baker is never far away either.
It’s also possible to park for free at our houses and we offer a very flexible and fast check-in and check-out.
We work more specifically with smart locks, which makes it very easy for each employee to enter and leave our houses whenever they want with their own smartphone.
So no hassle with keys and loss of time at the check-in desk or reception!
