Wir vermieten ein Haus oder eine Wohnung an Gruppen oder Mitarbeiter der gleichen Firma.<\/p>\n
Die Kaution wird nach der \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Apartments \/ des Hauses erstattet, sp\u00e4testens 8 Tage nachdem die Unterkunft verlassen wurde.
Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig betr\u00e4gt die Kaution eine Monatsmiete. Es ist jedoch m\u00f6glich, dass im Mietvertrag ein anderer Betrag vereinbart wird.
Die Vereinbarungen im Mietvertrag haben immer Vorrang vor den allgemeinen Vereinbarungen.<\/p>\n\n
F\u00fcr das Waschen der W\u00e4sche gibt es in jeder Unterkunft eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die gratis benutzt werden k\u00f6nnen.
Zum Kochen wird die Ausstattung (Pfannen, T\u00f6pfe, Besteck\u2026) zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt, ebenso wie eine Sp\u00fclmaschine.<\/p>\n

As we are working with smart locks, there is no physical check-in desk, so upon arrival there are no problems to check in late if you desire to do so.
All we ask is to install the free smart lock app (from Nuki) before you arrive and to respect the silence so you don\u2019t disturb the neighbours.<\/p>\r\n
This rental agreement has always preference upon the general times stated above.<\/p>\r\n

We offer corporate housing or workers housing (in general staff housing) on short and long term (with a minimum of 2 weeks).<\/p>\r\n

For laundry services, there is a washing machine and a dryer in each apartment which can be used for free.
